Successfully print NGEN filament at an extruder temperature between 220°C-240°C. It is recommended to use a heated bed kept between 75°C-85°C for the best results. The advised printing speed is 40-70 mm/s.

About ColorFabb nGen-FLEX filament

The NGEN FLEX filament is a semi-flexible material with a shore hardness of 95A. This level of bendability can be compared to the wheel of a shopping cart; sturdy yet rather flexible. The material can also handle high heat, specifically up to a temperature of 125°C. What makes this material so special is that you can place printed objects in a steam sterilizer at 121°C to create germ-free tools and parts.

Successfully print NGEN FLEX filament at an extruder temperature between 240°C-260°C. It is recommended to use a heated bed set at 80°C. The advised printing speed is 40-60 mm/s. A buildtak print surface will provide the best adhesive results!
